All Leisure Bay/RFW Warranties are pro-rated and nontransferable. All warranty claims must be backed by Proof of Purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
When calling for warranty service, please have the following from your RFW Invoice: 1) Date of Purchase; 2) Invoice Number; 3) Model Number; 4) Purchase Location.

RFW Warranties on Most Spa Models are Pro-Rated as Follows :

Year 0 to 1
No Charge for Parts and Labor on Manufacturer Defects.

Year 1 to 2
$65 trip charge, Parts and Labor for Manufacturer Defects covered 100%

Years 2 to 10
$65 trip charge, 50% off existing retail price for any parts. Labor covered 100%.

About Travel Distance
From date of purchase, if you live more than 30 miles from store where purchased, there is a charge of $1/mile after 30 miles, one-way to your door. This is Spa Owner's responsibility.

ABOUT ACCESS FOR SERVICE
Spa owners are responsible for allowing free access to the spa to be serviced. Please! No children or pets in the area of the Spa at the time of service. High voltage may be exposed, endangering them.

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter Requirements
Most city codes require and suggest that you have the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter located at least five feet from the spa. Electrical problems between the house breaker and the GFCI require a licensed electrician and are the responsibility of the spa owner. Miswired spas are not covered under warranty and may result in extra fees.
