QUICK TIPS Common Spa problems not covered under warranty 1) Dirty Filters 2) Air locks 3) Calcification 4) Seals, O-Rings, Fuses 5) Light Bulbs/Ozonators 6) Spa Bulbs TROUBLESHOOTING OVERHEATING If you get an SN1 or SN3 or FLO or OH panel message after a drain and refill, check for air locks, closed valve, dirty filter, or no circulation. An air lock may be bled from the filter vent cap. You may also open the drain and turn jets on and off to purge air. Always reset system after getting a Panel Message. If problem persists after reset, call SPA-TEX. PH5 PANEL MESSAGE Call SPA-TEX . IF NOT POWER AND HEAT ON OLDER MODELS check High Limit Reset Button located on most packs. Press this button. It will either reset the system or trip-off the Spa. If the latter occurs, call SPA-TEX. Also, older models have a safety switch on the cabinet doors to the equipment. If doors are not shut properly, power on Spa will be disabled. Make sure doors are shut properly. JETS DO NOT WORK Jets are not working, but pump can be heard. If no air lock, make sure that the jets are open. Most jets are dial-operated for opening and closing. Turn the jet counter-clockwise to open. All LBI spas come with this option. |
