George DeStratis (Owner) brings more than 15 years of retail, customer service, and mechanical repair experience to SPA-TEX. George worked 2 years for Recreational Factory Warehouse as a Spa Service Manager and Technician before starting SPA-TEX Spa Services in November 2000. At RFW, George oversaw service operations at all three RFW locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a Certified Spa Repair and Maintenance Technician for Leisure Bay's Recreational Factory Warehouse. Before joining RFW, George worked for Ryobi Power Tools in Irving, Texas for 2 years as a Technician and Assistant Store Manager. George has also been a Service Technician for Nu England Sash, Spencer Products, and Country Furniture Repair in Massachusetts.

Heather DeStratis joined the SPA-TEX team in February, 2001. She oversees all office operations and service scheduling. Heather has an Associates Degree from Tarrant County College and is currently working part-time on a Bachelors Degree at the University of North Texas. Heather worked for Tarrant County Mental Health and Mental Retardation for more than a year. She also worked with Mothers Against Drunk Driving for more than seven years as a facilitator at their Youth Leadership Camp.

Todd Graham joined SPA-TEX in January, 2001. He is a Certified Spa Repair and Maintenance Technician for Leisure Bay's Recreational Factory Warehouse. Todd has a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville.
