We of the Pump humbly lay these gifts before you.

One of the mighty deities of Mount Yamaha descended without warning upon our earthly abode one fine May morning. There was a blinding light like a thousand suns that put our weary bodies to sleep for three days and three nights. When we awoke on the fourth morning, the goddess Joan appeared to us in the form of a magical singing goat who spoke to us by way of lesbian folk songs. We are not sure what she meant by all her verses, but there was mention of the chalice of Britney prostrate before the alter of Tegan & Sara and the second coming of Eve and Maureen on a breakthrough primetime television series produced by Ellen the Sapphic. Oh, and she does have quite a voice. That goat could've given Ani DiFranco a run for the money. The songs went on for two straight days. If it were not for the copious amounts wine which magically began flowing from the breasts of our nude statue of Florence Henderson out in the backyard, we probably would have rendered Joan so much cabrito al carbon.

We all eventually passed out from the excessive imbibing and awoke to find all of our valuables stolen and our bank accounts cleared out. Gods are so crass nowadays.

However, Joan did leave us a brand new guitar which, from the receipt she left in the case, she bought on sale with my credit card at Guitar Center.

Filled with the spirit of the theft goat goddess,  we of the Pump set our sights upon new directions and adventures, not to mention new methods of raising money. I'll spare the  details.

After we all got out of jail, we labored at Studio del Casita East Austin until we had something. We give you "FLY."

This is the v1.1. Some of you may already have v1.0. You definitely need to upgrade to this version. Look for new improved releases in the coming months as well as offerings from the Incipients and Massive Swoon.
